    I agree with you on the gravel las time i was there knocked out a trailer light and the boat is always so dirty after you leave. I always here good things about the trout pit. I have fished alot of the smaller pits and always caught alot of bass but it has been a few years since i have fished them.Kansas fish and game puts good fishing reports on ther website might check them out.

    I have fished it a very nice lake loaded with crappie lots of short ones. Big bass that can be hard to catch. You might try bone creek by arma.Nice crappie big bass and eyes.More timber and cleare water thn big hill.

    This rod and line has only been used once it comes with a sage tube and is less than a year old..Paid 200 for the rod and 60 for the line.

    I have to disagree withyou on that. Ihave a hummingbird that is less than a year old and the tempquit working.I called them (i did have to spend about 15minutes on hold)and they sent me a new transducer free of charge that was at my house in 3 days.

    Found 5 small morels at my dads house. Very small we will let them grow a little before picking them. This is the earliest we have found them.

    Tar creek has cleaned up alot in the last ten years or so. When my dad was a boy he used to swim in it and slay the crappie in it said it was eceptionally clear. Maybe some day it will be again. I havent seen it flow daylight orange in quite awhile

    Tar creekis just above the i 44 bridge on neosho river. We caught about thirty Anytime the river is up and muddy like it was they will stack up up in creeks and and sloughs. Tar creek from were it dumps into neosho up it a mile or so has always kept fish int it. This s just my two cents on white bass they are way up river by now. If you have a jet prop go up as far as you dare and hit the eddies and gravel bars.

    They are catching bills all the way from sailboat bridge on grand lake to riverview park in miami. We killed the white bass in tar creek this weekend.

    Give it a few more weeks by mid feb there will be quite a few on the ground. Although i had trail cam pics of a buck that had shed his antler by dec 29 a couple years ago.

    You cam go to the MDC website and click on conservation areas.Then you will see view areas by google earth click on it and it wil download all the conservation areas in the state on to google earth. It is an excellent tool for fishing and hunting in the state of missouri.If you dont have google earth it will also give you a link to downlaod google earth. Hope this helps. The maps are 100 times better than the ones on the mdc website.

    Thanks ollie i have heard the black bass are biting good. Talked to a guy two weeks ago on elk that had his best day ever on grand catching two over 4 and one over 5.
