  1. Maybe we can buy in bulk and get a discount
  2. I would agree with you, boss. except for on Beaver Lake.... Seems like every time I go to Beaver (home lake), there is ALWAYS an older minivan or some sort of Subaru parked in the wrong lane stopped to get a day pass lol!!!
  3. Great way to start your year! Congratulations on a beauty!
  4. That is cool

Thank you - and nice work switching plans midday!
  6. Dang it dang it dang it.... Somebody on this thread is getting blamed if / when Miss Sherry asks how these things appeared in our house. Y'all will be the death of me. (I kinda love each and every one of ya for it too )
  7. I like that!
  8. I'll second that!
  9. I sure did notice. Made mention to a buddy that you are better with that graph than I am with an HDS12touch console and 7touch up front. Your video reminded me that it's a lot more about the carpenter than the tools!
  10. I always appreciate ideas / teachings! Thanks!!
  11. I've tried getting orange to show up on a phantom type color, but have the hardest time doing so...
  12. I would've thought that somebody wwould've figured out heated seats by now?
  13. That may be my favorite post in months
  14. I have, at least, learned a new noun from this thread. Does anulyone have the rights to "douchebaggery", are can we freely use??? That is awesome!!! And Ness, everyone is entitled to double standards and wanting their cake and eat it to - not just the Democrats lol!!
  15. One small drop shot weight is equal to a whole bunch of suspend dots.
  16. Yet another reason to keep our used rigs in as good of shape as possible. These high new rig prices should help used prices as well.
  17. Just for that, I am getting a wave runner, painting it orange, and towing alongside the Beast next time I am out - while wearing my jersey :-)
  18. I use the cylinder-type drop shot weights, and the shortest I can find. Also, I'll make sure that the treble is affixed in such a manner that one of the hooks faces straight out from the body. This makes lines the hook up (in relatio. To the body) where one hook is lined up with o ne side, another lined up with the other side, and third hook lined up with the bill. This, in my experience, is what allow the weight to be relatively a no factor. The weight slaps the body, but is between the hooks that are straddling the body. I sure hope this makes sense.
  19. I haven't noticed an issue.
  20. Thank you sir. Appreciate your knowledge and willingness to teach!
  21. I have seen references on here sometimes to fishing warts through tree tops on Table Rock. Please indulge a few questions: Is this where the boat is in 50' feet of water or so, and the warts are fished through tree tops that are 8'-10' beneath the surface? Or, is this brought thought tree tops that cane be seen above water in 20' kind of deal? Thank y'all for your perspectives
  22. Hey Mr. Bo: have you tried a paddle tail grub on a jig head instead of a spoon when vertically fishing? I haven't yet, but I'm thinking that may be something different t to show the fish while still giving a good vibration to attract attention?
  23. You have a point, bub. For whatever reason, she REALLY gets offended if a boat slides up beside her and hangs there for a minute. Guess I should have said that I was trolling-motor-down fishing around the Hickory public launch when the other boats kept going past me
  24. Do y'all think there are advantages with the crawlers over warts other than depth? I can get my warts down to 15' or so and still bump bottom, so that is why I am asking. I throw warts on 10lb fluoro and put a small drop shot weight on the front split ring.
  25. She was simply looking out for your safety, brother
