  1. Anyone fish the Koppers HFC Dad yet? I've got one, just haven't thrown it. Maybe next time out.
  2. Thanks for the good read Single Spin.
  3. Well I learned from reading the posts about the pros, and what I learned is that I'm probably not working a bank or area where I find fish thoroughly enough. I'll usually go down a bank, pick up some fish and then go somewhere else. Sounds like the pros, when they find fish, really work that bank when they find them.
  4. That's a good price. And they have them down to 1/8th. Put a Finesse worm on the 1/8th or a Fish Doctor, I bet you'd catch fish.
  5. I have used the Baby craw, Craw, and Lobster on a Carolina rig. There's times when they work well. Good jig trailers also.
  6. Just for grins, I went and checked out BPS, they too, are out of stock of the greenish colors.
  7. Walleye like it too, I've caught 2 wallies on the Ned on Table Rock this spring and I haven't fished it that much, the Ned rig that is.
  8. Thanks for the heads up.
  9. Pigsticker baits sells one with the horizontal hook hanger (Pig-Rig) and a split ring, so you can change out your hooks without snipping off the hook and adding a couple of rings like some of the other brands. Or you can take off the split ring and substitute one of those wire duo-lock deals.
  10. Edwin keeps himself in good shape, it certainly helps to be healthy if you're going to throw a crank for 4 days standing up the whole time.
  11. KVD and Amart were on the Trakker - but I had to select them from the drop down menu as they weren't there by default for whatever reason.
  12. Thanks for the report, that's some good fishing!
  13. Thanks for the links, yeah I have hard that second one, never knew what it was.
  14. Who woulda thunk? I just can't root for Kentucky, so I guess Monday night I'll be a Dawg fan.
  15. Thanks, I'll have to look them up, so when I see one (or hear one), I'll know what it is.
  16. Any day fishing is a good day, thanks for the report!
  17. Those are some great smalls Alex, congrats!
  18. Thanks for the great report, you got into some good fishing!
  19. Good deal Alex and Thumbs, sounds like you guys had a great time!
  20. Yeah when I fished last week, it was wind = bite, no wind = no bite. But these guys are better fishermen than I, so I expect they'll catch fish. The guys chasing McClelland are probably going to need to get a big one or two to make up that 4 lb. deficit, as I expect McClelland will put together a 12 lb. limit or so at least.
  21. Thanks for the report. What's a "Rain Crow"?
  22. And the money disappears into the Treasury, and is absorbed into that black hole of our federal debt. All to no effect.
  23. I like to see my fellow townie McClelland in the lead. I see him on the Bella Vista lakes every year or so. But, I wonder how well he'll sleep tonight knowing, KVD, Amart and Davis are on his heels.
  24. I bet The Rock is one busy lake today - nice weather, fans following the Elites, and throw in the weekend fishermen (for all species) and you'll have a bunch of boats out there. Fortunately It's a bit early for the water flea hatch, but there may be a few of them out there also.
