I accidently snagged one that went about 20 lbs. in one of the local lakes on a jerkbait. Doing the twitch pause sequence, gave it a pull and snagged myself a grassie. My guess is it came up to take a close look at the suspended bait. The community lakes here get periodic stocking of grass carp (sterile), bass and panfish populations are very healthy.

Thanks for the report. Did you get many bites on tubes? I might head over to Table Rock this week and thought about trying a tube.

Well it was one of those games where, yeah they won, but it doesn't give you a lot of confidence going forward.

Al isn't quite right, we have cut military spending, it's part of the discretionary budget that has been cut. However he is right in that entitlement spending is where the big bucks lie.

Had a darned cold winter here in NWA a couple of years ago, hit -14 one morning, also had a record setting snowfall. Didn't seem to put a dent in the armadillo population.

Well it was a fun game to watch. A&M's defense is terrible for sure. But I wasn't overly impressed with Bama's D either. Bama has a problem covering big receivers downfield. They did a good job of stifling the A&M running game, or maybe it's because outside of Manziel scrambling, A&M doesn't have a running game, it's hard to tell.

Haven't seen it yet, maybe I'll check it out in a day or two, so much sports news, so little time. I'm hoping that someday we can go for a few years without either the Heisman winner or the National champ getting accused of something. It's getting tiresome.
