Family time and keeping the tradition going. Nicely done!

Just saw Kelce got the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award. Good for him!

I can get excited and loud watching football. That pass on 4th and 1 from Henne to Hill had me up outta my chair and sent the dogs running for cover! Also, a great call by Nantz and Romo

Watched a couple episodes of 'Live from Daryl's House' on Youtube over the weekend. It's hosted by Daryl Hall of Hall and Oates. He has folks over and they do the guest's music, or whatever. There are dozens of episodes, and lotsa different types of music represented. I watched episodes with Joe Walsh and Tommy Shaw. Good stuff.

Nope, haven’t gone down that path. These were steamed and served with plain old melted butter. Delicious, quick and simple.

We bought the small ones man. I think they were 4oz each. The 4 of those cost less than a meal at a fast casual restaurant would cost. Back when we did that kinda thing 😄

A few recent ones. Smaller lobster tails, some store-bough crab cakes and parsley potatoes: Some Hurter’s 15 Bean Soup made with ham hocks for flavor, then diced ham in the finished soup: French toast from a take-and-bake loaf and bacon with some real maple syrup: Tonight was baked ziti with sweet Italian sausage, provolone, mozzarella, Parmesan. Take-and-bake Italian loaf. Vodka mar-tooni on the side The rest of that loaf will end up in some more French toast tomorrow morning. Belch!

Everything you wanted to know, and much more, about the food safety issues at Chipotle Mexican Grill https://www.foodsafetynews.com/2020/04/chipotle-agrees-to-pay-25-million-federal-fine-for-role-in-some-outbreaks/ I didn't remember they had norovirus and salmonella too. Triple-yuck!

Trappey’s Red Devil is probably my favorite at the moment. Also like Sriracha, Frank’s and good old Tabasco at times.

What type of fermentation lids did you get? I like the idea of those. I have a 5 L crock I've used for kraut and pickles, but would be interested in something smaller scale. Just a salt water brine, I suppose? I'd be interested to hear more about the process. I looove French onion soup, even without the bread and cheese. But, wifey can't do too much onion so I haven't made it in a long time. I'm a corn guy

Around 1995, caught in a local lake that's stocked in the spring and fall.

We need pictures. And, they may come in handy for you later. You know *she’s* documenting all this 😄

Really liked Red Rock West -- watched it again a couple months ago. National Treasure was a good one too. Can't think of any others right now.
-
Same way I remember, 'Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore.' And that's about 80 years old.

None. You?
-
Would like a recipe, if you have one. Also -- what's that at 7:00? Daikon?

...which immediately made me think of this:

Mouth party??? Be careful @BilletHeadMight want to get a second opinion on that 😄

Haven’t had a Cobb salad in a long time. Looks great.

Thanks! Great info is in short supply lately!

I've been remote since March. I don't miss the drive, but I do miss the people and the energy of the office. Conference calls and Teams meetings aren't the same. We're not going back anytime soon.
