    Great report. That walk down w/ a kayak at Cow is tough, but the float to SB makes it worth it!

    Thx Kyle, I tried OB, just not the same. Nothing like LA for reds. I've started taking my family there for our beach vacations bc they like sand and I like to fish...it's worked out last 2 years. You're more than welcome on any trip.

    Thanks Ham, those are some really kind words. Honestly, I can't take credit for the photo's...sometimes I'm amazed at what the Iphone does. Snook, those are high on my list...I can't change the channel when I see someone catching them on TV. Amazing looking fish! SELA is the place to go if you want to catch reds from a kayak. Road side access and plenty of reds to stalk. Never gets old.

    Sorry Ham, I think it could work. It'd be hard to find you if you lived a few miles out in the marsh (boat access only). I've put some serious thought into it. SIO3, not yet. Planning on grilling some on the half shell for family cookout on MemDay.

    Saw a few beds over the weekend (left unmolested). Should be moving off in the next 2 weeks then the bite will get better.

    Camped at Sunburst Ranch and can't say enough nice things about them. The flows made wading difficult but not impossible. My brother found out that Ascends FS12t are better flat water boats! Can't get back soon enough. http://looknfishy.blogspot.com/2015/04/next-stop-who-knows-nfow.html

    Beautiful fish. My wife and in-laws always want to vacation in FL. Next time I might not fight back so hard. Sounds like a great trip!

    Just a few weeks back I fished the LMF...not a great experience for many reasons, but the flow being over 1000cfs is the main reason. Great looking state park, lots to do for families.     I sure hope so...it better be really fruitful. It's cool if you enjoy hearing about my/other's misfortunes...I laugh when I see a pic of someone who foul hooked themselves. We all have "THAT" story, right?!
