I tied one the other night, I went slightly different with the head though, used laser dub. A friend of mine tied one this way and I really dug it, im going to need some more of the polar chenille though. Stuff is cool.

The same size works well on them too. In a size 10 I dropped it right in front of one and he came right up to eat it.,

I've got 5 more zoo lions to finish and I will be sending them in. With the windchills tonight and tomorrow I bet I finish them soon.

Well guess that's now on my list of places to go.

Yeah its still too soon to go fish them after that freeze. Plus if they do open up any, its going to be trout park crowded in the open areas.

Isnt fishing only friday saturday and sunday in the C&R season? Maybe meremec is different since its managed alittle differently though.
