  1. congrats,pretty cool
  2. Hey Dan ,congrats, I was there yesterday, just downstream from the bridge at Tecumseh. No joy for us. Did see a boat with 3 guys all had their limit of stripers ,whites and hybrids .Also a six pound walleye. They were using minnows and drifting them on the bottom up against the bank.Really shallow up there, have to be carefull.I don't fish for whites so wasn't really interested,We jigged and slow trolled crawler rigs for eyes .Prob. will go back thur.,think I'll go downlake from Udall and try again. good luck,Mike
  3. Nice,Glad you had a nice day
  4. I googled how to tell the diff.. Looks like I've got 5 of the Magnums and 3 of the reg. size that are pre Rapala. Think I'll look into e-bay. Mike
  5. How do you tell if they are pre rapala?. I have some from I think the 80s Mike
  6. You can buy the Hot spot maps a lot cheaper online (ebay) .I use the Hot spot and the lake master charts in my Humminbird. The lake master software is awesome. Mike
  7. Good on you,Happy for you Mike
  8. I always sharpened my own untill they would'nt shim up anymore ,then I would have them rebuilt, much cheaper than a new impeller. Also, you can fix those wear rings on the sleeve your self. In the picture it looks like your impeller isn't shimmed up enough. I lived in Alaska and used to guide on some of the rivers,I've had a lot of experience sucking gravel. I used to carry 3 impellers and two sleeves plus an extra foot. If I can help you in any way just send me a private message Mike

  18. They have a shallow water combo of 8- 1/4 oz. spoons for 27.00 + free shipping. You can pick your own colors.Just put it in the notes section what colors you want. Also I found out you really need a swivel on the 1/4 oz ones, they don't come with one normally but ask Kevin in the notes to put swivels on and he will fix you up.The have top notch customer service. https://bink-spoons.myshopify.com/collections/shallow-water-walleye-combos Mike

  22. Thanks for the reply guys.I did'nt find any walleyes till wed. afternoon. I fished the points and creek channels with no luck, 20 t0 30 feet deep.Wed. afternoon about 1o'clock we found some jigging Bink's spoon( Thank's again Dan Hufferd.) I quess I'll have to forget all I thought I knew about Walleye's as we were finding them in 5 to 10 feet of water. Got four keepers a few shorts .The largest 26 inches. (pictures to follow) We caught 4 this morning with 2 keepers. All on 1/4 ounce binks. The 26 in. was in 4 feet of water at 1:30 in the afternoon. So with the Lords blessing and Dan Huffords especially and others help I'm pretty happy Pics later,Thanks Mike
