Fish relate to the transition seam between current and no current. Suspended fish use the seam as a feeding spot. If they can sit close to the seam motionless or without much effort, they will ambush prey this way. No different than a murky river coming in after a storm and creating a mud line. Fish will obviously use strategically placed brush piles the same way but finding the correct brush pile is more difficult. if you combine good seams with the use of good electronics, it will be a killer combination. The fish they find at the seam are definitely in the feeding mode. If you were in a tourney, It would definitely be a high percentage spot.

I’m trying to make better side dishes now. I’ve always been the grill guy and let my wife or others make the sides. I made my first 2 dishes which were inspired by Fleming’s in St. Louis. Made their famous Au Gratin potatoes and their creamed spinach. They were easy to make and go great with a steak!

I think the Catholic Church once said “give us your child until 12 years old and they’ll be ours forever”. I’m paraphrasing a bit on that possibly. It’s always easy to blame parents, but with all the constant BS from the MSM and social media it’s very hard to keep control of every aspect of their life. I know of several kids who were raised the correct way and went to college and flipped out. Maybe it was just their maturity level at the time, maybe it was their defiant stage, who knows. But professors have a major influence on young minds. It’s just very sad nowadays that you have to teach your kids not to trust any adult anymore.

When you send your kid (and all your hard earned dollars along with them) To certain colleges/universities, you’re taking a huge risk. When they major in something other than the sciences or engineering you’re even more at risk. It’s a self evident truth that they will hear pretty soon after they arrive ....“Everything your parents taught you was bull” speech. OK, fine and dandy, but when a dissenting view pops up they are now shutting you down. Yes, free speech ain’t what it used to be.
