I think the Rona has added way too much pressure on all fishing areas this year. All the tackle companies canāt keep up. Parking lots were full all year, even during the week. Iāve never been a believer in getting too specific. The internet is a permanent record. Heck you can even look up a post on this forum from 10 years ago in 5 seconds. But as long as youāre not specific, it should be ok. The problem is everyone has a different definition of specific.

Doesnāt it seem a little strange that people in China are pretty much back to normal and having gatherings in huge crowds and the vaccine really hasnāt been distributed? Their economy sure loves it Iām pretty sure.

We have several great Asian markets around our house. Itās a weekly trip for us. Sometimes the fish smell gets a little overwhelming. But the authentic sauces are worth it. Half the fun for me is reading the labels that are translated to English...āGrass Jelly Drinkā, or ā Joy Luck pig noseā.

My wife says she got the Tom Yum soup recipe from her sister who found it on a YouTube video....thatās the best I have!

I agree on a lot of this, especially wrapping around the guides. I hardly ever fish in 30-35 weather though. The one thing it will improve was The line coiling issues that Champ mentioned.

Agreed Al Lindner once said the perfect set up for Walleye was a mono main line with a mono leader. Obviously he wants stretch for Walleye. When I get a bite on a crank bait fish, I try my best not to do a traditional hook set...I just keep cranking and most of the time the fish will hook itself. Some folks just flat out use too strong of a hook set with trebles, and this compounds the effect with braid. A lighter setup would help them in that respect.
