  1. IFGA doesnt require that either.
  2. I could care less what he caught it on, but if I ever meet him I will gladly buy him a beer for letting her go.
  3. I think instead of forcing landowners to let just anyone go onto their land there should be more public accesses along the stream.
  4. So far in AR I have had no problems with landowners. On NFoW there are numerous no tresspassing signs, including signs that say "stay off my gravel". They are likely put there for the party crowd but are there none the less.
  5. ill be looking forward to a report.
  6. nope, maybe I will soon. If not I have a perfectly fine aluminum boat.
  7. maybe I am lucky but for the past year and a half I have been doing just that in my riverboat on the white, norfork, buffalo, spring, and 11pt rivers. I bet I have drifted 100 miles easy with no problems. When I get close to rough spots I kneel or sit down and pick the trolling motor up.
  8. Trimble outdoors will cache maps for you, and every droid smartphone has true gps.
  9. Last monday the water was definetly lower than it was the trip previously. Even with the jet I had trouble in a few spots.
  10. Thanks for the video. The hellbender is a amazing animal, I would love to see one someday.
  11. I am amazed they are dumping the blood when they could be selling it.
  12. yah there are some deep spots up there but they are hard to get to
  13. I am game, just let me know. We fished the narrows, the fishing was rough. I did catch a new PB pickerel, 22" and we played on the river some. We went up about 6 miles, I learned alot about my jet today, like the easiest way to get rocks out of the intake
  14. I know a guy that has a good gps app on his waterproof cellphone...just sayin. BTW, today on 11pt me and a passenger hit 20.7mph in my boat.
  15. whats a butcher
  16. Every trout boat I have seen/used does the same, they just speed up.
  17. we raise our own chickens/hogs/beef
  18. I would use a few sheet metal screws along the gunnel, then some L brackets spread out on the other two sides.
  19. It warms my cockles that I voted for him.
  20. norfork is usually wrong online about projected releases. More than once I have made the trip over and ended up having to launch at the confluence.
  21. I have a 1648 and I put my trolling motor on the right side, I have no issues with it.
  22. I never call in. I look online at scheduled releases and what they actually release.
  23. yes, turn right before you get to the bridge at calico, the road is a little hard to find
  24. Our son was born tuesday before last. I have a 4-wheeler for sale that I intend to put the money from that towards finding me a boat. Lots of easy fish to catch by Jenkins, but I much prefer the ramp at chessman. WAY better ramp there. I would love to go but after work I have a TIG welding class from 4-8. You should drop by the shop on the way to the river, we are there at 8am
  25. Seeing yours makes me wish I could afford a new boat.
