    I dont drift tubes down current. I never have gut hooked a smallie with a tube.

    I have grown to really like the 2" tube baits over even 2.5". Big smallies aren't afraid of them and small ones inhale them.

    from what I hear bryant is almost never busy. I have been wanting to float it.

    a solo canoe will float in less water than a yak because it is lighter. I would like to try out a solo canoe one day, but I like my yak alot.

    I carry 3 rods rigged and a large falcon fto bag that weighs about 40lb on my yak no problem.

    any creek feeding into the white river will be loaded with carp. Lake norfork is a great place for them as well.

    if I am at home I drink my unfiltered well water happily, if I am on the road I drink evian or fiji. 100 years to break down plastic BTW.

    $1000 ish I am a fattie being 6' and 300lb but I have no problems paddling my ascend fs12 around. I love the kayak and prefer it to the canoe 10 to 1 for the streams I fish.

    From Riverton to the narrows is about 9 miles.

    IMO the narrows is the prettiest part of the river from riverton to myrtle.

    I have a ascend angler fs12 sot and love it. it floats well even with my fat(300lb) butt and 40lb cooler on the back. I bought mine from the bass pro return store in thayer for half price.
