jdmidwest Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Why are we stuck with a 2 party system anyway? "Life has become immeasurably better since I have been forced to stop taking it seriously." — Hunter S. Thompson
bigredbirdfan Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 I am with you on that one. Sucks that we can't get exactly what we want because there isn't a canidate who fully encompasses what I want. I have to find the best compromise. bigredbirdfan Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Like I said, sucks that there isn't a canidate who fully encompases what I want, so I have to compromise. Why don't you tell us what you are looking for and why each one of these candiates you believe doesn't fit it?
Ham Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 Since your reading comprehension skills are lacking, I'll say it again. I do not believe Obama actually has any faith at all. It is/was an interesting alip of the tongue though. I guess you'll go to your grave confused about the 2000 election. It was very, very close. It came down to Florida. They did a bunch of re-counts and never could find a way for Gore to claim victory. There would have been 31 flavors of crap if on any of the re-counts Gore came out ahead. Dude, Gore would have won outright if he could have carried his home state. What did they know that you didn't. And btw if the DNC had done the right thing and run sleazy bill off when the truth got out, then Gore would have likely won by a decent margin. How sour are grapes 8 years after the fact? Bush won. Are you and Chief saying the High Court of the USA sucks? Grab a binki.
