Some fellas like a shore lunch. What are the unforseen problems with keeping and 11 incher by the pavillion area and wanting to put it on the grill. Is that legal?

That would be legal DD as long as you counted that fish towards your daily limit. The unforseen problem would be having one fish and two people.

Yes sir! Same rules apply, but a boat cannot enter the slot area, with a fish caught outside the trophy area, that falls within the slot restrictions.

If you're done fishing for the day and have a limit of trout, you can fillet the fish on a dock or on the bank (if the place you're fishing allows cleaning on the bank) and bag them. The fish have to be properly labeled, name to identify who's fish they are.

Head and skin I guess is if you were still on the water fishing in an area where you'd have to prove they were legal fish as to kind and length. Of course that's about any body of water in Missouri.

Once the catch is "off the water" then it can be separated from it's head and/or skin. A cleaning station is off the water.
