Well, all the things you mention, im good to go. I work for an aircraft manufacturer so Im aware of a lot of the things you are talking about. Especially because in a plane you cant just pull over and replace a fuse.

In my boat, all three batteries are secured and strapped, no obvious leaks from anything, wires all tied up and insulated, nothing loose that can bounce around and cause problems. I also carry two fire extinguishers.

Probably after the end of this boating season I will install new carpeting, When I strip it out I will see if I can get access to the tank, it seems to have a outline on the floor where it was covered over the last time carpet was installed. In the meantime I will re-check the fuel line to the engine and filter.

osage bluff marina, on truman lake, advertise that their gas is ethanol free.

I suppose we should ignore all the additives added in various ares to "Clean" the fuel. :D

Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
