Fished out of Big M from daylight til 12:30. Caught a ton of fish, but no keepers, I repeat 0 keepers. All the fish I caught were caught off of bluffs burning a spinnerbait. Hit back of a couple of creeks early, and never got a bite.

Sorry I did not get this reported yesterday.

Thanks for the report Fish. Seems to have been a lake wide pattern of small fish. Spoke to one of the boys fishing the Aunts Creek derby and only 1 limit was weighed in. He said they all needed to be fizzed and were floating on their sides, 15 inch k's.

I had 6 guides working out of Baxter for me yesterday and the total was 28 keepers and a shade of 120 fish. Sounds like alot, but that is only 20 fish 4 keeps average on an 8 hr. day. Pretty average, but I'll take it with the extremely sour conditions.

I had 30 fish and 4 Golly Whopper Keeper Jaw's. We caught two on a jig on the old bank line and 2 on a fin. We missed at least a dozen on the Fin, as they would just roll on it. Some of them looked like Sheatland Ponies.

Phil Stone caught his a little deeper in the 30ft. range, and said he also lost a huge fish on a jig. Thought it was probably a big Jaw.

Tim Paige caught some early on a blade and then went deep with a jig and a fish dr. and did pretty well on gravel runoff flats in under 30 ft. dragging that rig real slow into the breeze.

All and all, it is going to get tougher yet with the forcast for rain all next week. Good Golly, a flood again.

Fished out of Eagle Rock yesterday. Got on the water about 11. Thew the buzz bait till the sun come out. Cought 4 in about 20 minutes with a couple of barely keepers. swithced to the blade cought quite a few with one keeper LM. Thew a tx worm and a jig and cought some more shorts. I was fishing the flooded brush and the slop at run offs. Saw a couple of eagles and an osprey. Good day for me - havent had a chance to get out in a while.

The flood in the spring seemed to keep them shallow longer......is the high water in the fall keeping them deep all fall and winter?

Caught this 5 1/2lber today in back of cove near the dam. Came off a spiner bait, in 5-7 fow in bushes. Yesterday caught several 13-14 inch bass on blade and spoke in 7-15 fow and off docks, also saw two nice lm close to 4lbs working in 1 foot of water.

The fish are there, just keep throwing!
