denjac Posted October 15, 2009 Posted October 15, 2009 If you guys are tired of catching fish come over to Carthage this Saturday morning for the Maple Leaf parade. It is the biggest in SW Missouri. The marching cobras from KC wil be here and they are something to see. Also after the parade is one of the largest cars shows in the area. You can come by and say hi also. I am on the SW corner of the square where the Parade starts from. Come see me, good family fun all day. Not trying to plug the event but if you have nothing to do come on over. mhall02 Posted October 15, 2009 Posted October 15, 2009 Ahh yes, the Maple Leaf festival, marched in that many a year ago and was in the band competiton. Didn't remember a car show.
ollie Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 I'll look for you Dennis. One of my boys is marching in it and I need to go see him. The car show is pretty decent also.
