fishinwrench Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Sounds like 3 cylinders (70?) And definately not black. I'm going with a johnnyrude, but it could be a Yammie. How close am I ?
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted October 23, 2009 Root Admin Posted October 23, 2009 Thanks for the video. It's cool to see vids like this... gives us an idea what the water looks like. I edited the youtube vid to play in the post - hope you don't mind. I did have to change the settings to allow html - it wasn't set up to allow it when you posted the topic.

Drbucketmouth57 Posted October 24, 2009 Author Posted October 24, 2009 Oh ! Nice video, did you do any good ? On that day fishing was good but catching kinda sucked. Oh well that`s why they call it fishing.
creek wader Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Nice video, I always drift down in my yak from upstream. ... One thing about the Lower Osage. If your not catching anything. Just cast to the banks and you can catch Kentucky's all day long. Doesn't matter what you throw at em'. Their there. They've never let me down. Usually get one or two keepers and plenty of shorts. wader

Yeah there is a nice population of KY`s in the Osage. I`ve found the lower side of current breaks can produce well along with current breaks off the lower side of concrete boat ramps.
Seth Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 I'm ready for the weather to go off really cold and for the whites/hybrids to move in there at 50. It was this day last year that we went up there and it was like 20 degrees and we caught fish almost every cast.
