I found and old friend on facebook that I hadnt seen in 30 years. Was looking through his photos and found this. The caption was good days catch. Dont think I like him anymore ! If I was guessing they came out of the Poteau River in Arkansas but not sure. It just disturbed me and thought I would share.

That would earn a phone call or e-mail from me to let him know how wrong that is. Where ever he is, I hope he never again has a good day. :angry1:

Would like to think that's an old pic from back in the days before C&R became the norm but I kinda doubt it.

Not sure of the legalities of the picture, unless he mentions where he caught them all at? But, is it worth forwarding the pic to DNR and have them lean on him a bit? or a game warden or other type of authority? Maybe just give him a good scare if that's the best that can be done.

I guess only an issue if caught in public water..................?

Probably tough to have anything done to that clown.

I'm just thinking out loud here............for what it's worth.

Facebook and other social networks are becoming an Agents "Best Friend". Human nature, they like to brag to their friends and post their exploits. Agents are monitoring and making arrests from it. Cell phone conversations are easily intercepted as they are transmissions that can be tapped without any extra legal means. No need to request a wire tap, just set up equipment and listen in and track a signal or cell number id.

The "good days catch" could have been an aggregate of people dumping the fish in a photo for a photo op. Or it could have been one man's catch, who knows without more info.

That's irresponsible and extremely irritating. You should let him know what you think about it and send it to the Arkansas Fish & Game. What an idiot.
