strangercreek Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 PINK FLOYD ,Foo fighters,Peppers,Chevelle,STP Iron Maiden,on the way to the launch. A little more mellow on the way home,Coldplay,Blues Travelers,Big Head Todd and maybe some old school country like Eddie Arnold or Patsy Cline.Sometimes I just listen to what Pandora gives me. I missed the mention of Iron Maiden there. I have been listening to the Flight 666 double live CD. They still have a larger than life sound. Pretty cool that Bruce Dickinson flew the 757 (as captain) all over the world with the crew and 12 tons of equipment.

That is pretty amazing, I just assumed he wanted more cowbell. <{{{><

Mitch f Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 woody guthrie and trout fishing in america is fun with the kids I agree Wiley, I would consider Woody Guthrie one of the top 10 song writers of all time. "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor
flytyer57 Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Listened to "Five Finger Death Punch" on the way home from fishing today. There's a fine line between fishing and sitting there looking stupid.
Mitch f Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 Well I'll make a playlist that includes all my heaviest stuff and none of my rap, country, or Dave Matthews Band and we can go fishing sometime. (apparently sometime after being wrong side up and sideways at smalliebigs cabin.. lol) Cricket and Smalliebigs, As soon as I get a new trolling motor we can go. BTW this person would like to go fishing with us, is it ok? She insists NO DAVE MATTHEWS! "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor
troutfiend1985 Posted November 9, 2010 Author Posted November 9, 2010 No Croce? I know there is a lot of good music out there, but Croce is one that I can listen to as well. Also, Nirvana's Unplugged in New York was a very good CD. Again, not for everyone and I can understand how yelling can put someone off of a song. But "Where Did You Sleep Last Night(In the Pines)" and "Oh Me" are two songs that I think are just out of this world. just my .02. But I'm definitley surprised that Croce didn't get mentioned more in here. "You Don't Mess Around With Jim" always reminds me of Cricket “The greatest menace to freedom is an inert people” J. Brandeis
Mark Posted November 9, 2010 Posted November 9, 2010 OZARK MOUNTAIN DAREDEVILS - end of subject! I got the moon out my window in the night. I got the sun out my doorway when it gets light. I got stones on the mountain and the clear, blue, windswept sky. Thank you Lord, you made it right, you made it right.
