Justin Spencer Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Why is all vegan food patterned after animal products. Humanely raised and slaughtered animal foods and dairy are readily available now so why not use them? Seems like a lot of work being a vegan for what reason? They all secretly crave meat so their tofu pork chop is made to look like a pork chop. There's a fine line between fishing and sitting there looking stupid.
snagged in outlet 3 Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 Hey, don't be doggin vegans, they're delicious.
eric1978 Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Some vegans just don't dig meat and meat products (dairy), and others consider it a healthier lifestyle...it's not always driven by an animal-rights philosophy. I can't live without meat, and I don't care if it kills me, but I ain't gonna knock somebody for eatin' veggies.

Weiners with beans. Steak and potatoes. There's a fine line between fishing and sitting there looking stupid.

Don't forget a good Spring Mix Salad with Chicken Breast and Blue Cheese crumbles all over it. They make it look like normal food so they blend in with other people. Actually, they are aliens. Justin Spencer Posted February 2, 2011 Author Posted February 2, 2011 What I don't like about the vegans we hear about (and one I have known) is that they act like they are holier than thou for being vegan, yet always look like they are working so hard to keep their strict vegan diet. I have no problem with people doing it for health reasons, but that is more of a veganish diet than totally vegan. Give me a break you can't eat honey! But I do agree, the holier than thou attitude is annoying. “The greatest menace to freedom is an inert people” J. Brandeis

Why mock people trying to eat lower on the food chain? We're better off with them than without them.
