Gavin Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Thats a great trick with the roux Ness...will have to try it..If your brother is the guy with the ribs...I'd never turn those down. Did that shrimp recipe tonight...didnt have any Creole Blend made up and head on shrimp not available..Picked up some Tony Cachereres, 2lbs of 16-20ct shrimp tails, and a baquette at the store tonight and did it up per the recipe. Hot sauce was Crystal....Turned out great...Not too hot, great sauce to soak your bread in.... no shrimp left.
