Chief Grey Bear Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Do I need to bring a canoe? I hate to waste time near water without fishing it. Maybe Kerr to Cox?? Flysmallie Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 Do I need to bring a canoe? That's a dumb question. Maybe Kerr to Cox?? One of my favorites.
Predator1 Posted March 19, 2011 Posted March 19, 2011 I only keep largemouth bass that are 15" and over. The crappie we caught last week on the james below walnut springs were tubes with black with pink tail or black with chartreuse tails. Caught 20 CRAPPIE...16 were 9 1/2" and 4 were 15". Caught several black bass 10. 12. 13. ad 14" with same tube jigs. Did this while radaring for paddlefish. Did really well on the paddlefish. I posted pics and videos on my facebook page. check em out.My link

Seth Posted March 21, 2011 Posted March 21, 2011 We caught 14 Saturday and 12 Sunday. Most were really nice sows. The small males we caught came down by the sharp bend above mccords. Everything above that was nice fish for the most part. On Saturday we caught most of the fish below Blunks along the rocks and on Sunday it was above Blunks along the mud banks. Did see some guys catch a 4 pound walleye down from Blunks trolling a crankbait of some sort. Nice white my girlfriend caught Saturday Just being silly! The girlfriend can use this one to brag to everybody lol.
