Looks a lot like the Osprey I saw come down and get a trout out of the water near Cotter on Thursday 3-31-11. I'll guess Osprey.

I think osprey also.I saw another way back in Panther creek also.Fishing wasnt to bad either. Very difficult to get good nature photos.Those National Geographic guys are amazing.

But they have way better equipment than you or I can afford and they aren't out fishing while taking pictures.
