redbud Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 I was able to witness a true expert yesterday,I should have had my camera ready sooner.
ollie Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Nice! "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
Buzz Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Cool picture. Thanks If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
flytyer57 Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Nice catch. What kind of bird is that? Kinda hard to identify in the pic. There's a fine line between fishing and sitting there looking stupid.
Ham Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Looks a lot like the Osprey I saw come down and get a trout out of the water near Cotter on Thursday 3-31-11. I'll guess Osprey. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. On Instagram @hamneedstofish

flytyer57 Posted April 3, 2011 Posted April 3, 2011 Very difficult to get good nature photos. Those National Geographic guys are amazing. But they have way better equipment than you or I can afford and they aren't out fishing while taking pictures. There's a fine line between fishing and sitting there looking stupid.
