Guest P. owensby Posted April 27, 2011 Posted April 27, 2011 What pisses me off the most is that a illegal immigrant is getting a trial at all. Trials are a right only to US citizens, which he is not. Good point Muddy ! Affording constitutional rights to someone who isn't even a citizen ! God makes you wonder what kind of lamebrains would ever give constitutional rights to indivituals who aren't citizens that do harm to this nation? Hmmmmm
Chief Grey Bear Posted April 27, 2011 Posted April 27, 2011 What about victim rights?? It beats the hell out of sending him back to Mexico just so he can sneak back. Not quite following chief, but it is my sincere desire for that family to see the guilty party punished to the fullest extent of the law. Also again, I don't think it is out of line to question the fact that said indivitual was even here in the first place. There is a legal way into this nation, but I'm not telling anyone anything that they don't already know and I'm not really up for the pro/con disscusion on immigration, however if you guy's want to do it, have at it.
Chief Grey Bear Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 I am just saying that if it was my brother or your brother, we both would both want him punished. I don't think being a citizen of the US has anything to do with it. If we did that illegal immigration would not be a problem. everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
woodman Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 For one thing (No One Owns Land) that notion is a European idea, foriegn to the Native Americans, which south of the border is mainley populated with (not Spanish). To quote: The concept that we own land is a western idea designed to exploit people and natural resources. We are mere stewards at best, squatters at worst, in the overall long term schema of things…. for anyone to claim they own a parcel, or a piece of land, is ignorant of the shortness of human life, the movement of people over time, and the shifting geology of the landscape…. land ownership is an arrogant human idea, as if we actually can claim what the earth already owns, and nature and the animals live… "One does not sell the land people walk on." --Crazy Horse http://s147.photobucket.com/albums/r302/scrawford_photos/

woodman Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Time is shortly coming, like what hapened in Japan to this land, and our Arrogant, Prejudice,Biggoted,Controlling,space-in-time will have run its corse... To quote: General Smedley Butler USMC I spent most of my time being a high class muscle- man for Big Business, for Wall Street and for the Bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. There isn't a trick in the racketeering bag that the military gang is blind to. It has its "finger men" to point out enemies, its "muscle men" to destroy enemies, its "brain men" to plan war preparations, and a "Big Boss" Super-Nationalistic-Capitalism. http://s147.photobucket.com/albums/r302/scrawford_photos/
