I can hardly wait to see " too many rocks " in in the upper end.

The upper end has needed these features for 20 years now.

Can't wait for the new pics Phil.

Why don’t they spread the rocks across the outlets to fan out the discharge of water, thus eliminating the chute!

What while the outlet anglers are standing there watching? Some of those guys carry... I bet!!

I thought it's be cool to get a pic of the machine operator with a fly rod dragging the line behind him :)

Pretty funny picture of those guys fishing the outlet while that big ole piece of equipment is out there doing its thing just feet from them.

Good to see these habitat improvements made, but would actually prefer they were bigger rocks to further discourage the 200 hp bass boats ripping all the way up to the cable.

And the final piece of the puzzle would be to get a restricted no-fishing zone in the immediate area of those outlets, at least in critical times of the year like the fall.

It's weird to see the lake that small and low...

The best part is what will take place after 1,2,3 and 4 units are on.

Will it become a no boat above the boat ramp during low water zone ??? I hope so.

I think you wade guys are going to like this, but from speaking to two boat guides that are running jets, and have been up there all 3 days, they said it is a complete disaster for boat traffic and navigation on the upperend.

Rock placements are to far from the bank and to big to even drift over at 4 generators. Have not been up so I cannot say this to be a fact, but it seems that navigation is going to be extremely restricted.

Really for the life of me I cannot understand this. There are X number of fish in this area, and the adding of rocks will not add numbers, and the Conservation boys agree with this. It will add a deture from the current when it is running, and concentrate fish there.

Here is the question. At 3 or 4 generators with the structure so far off the bank how can the wade guys fish it? And if it is so big how can the boat guys get near it?

Somewhat similar to the debris fields they put in Table Rock. Totally unfishable, and put in places that already held congreations of fish. All they did was make a huge mess.

I'm on both places 300 plus days a year, and really don't understand this.

It really seems this plan has only one purpose and that is to eliminate boat traffic from the upperend. That inturn may produce a better fishery.
