Daryk Campbell Sr Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 WOO HOOO!!! BAIT!! That would get you a cat or two. Members bradthefisherman Posted February 29, 2012 Members Posted February 29, 2012 Where do you catch the shad like that? I'm gonna be on vacation for next 7 days, staying at a cottage on the White River not far from the Beaver Lake Dam. I am looking to get some shad to do some catfisihg. Is there a spot you know of near the Dam or at the Bridge? ANy info you guys have would be appreciated.
Greasy B Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 These shad got sucked through the generator turbins and spat out of the base of the dam. Not really a reliable way to gather bait but at times they create a situation where all the biggest trout come out of hiding and are catchable. His father touches the Claw in spite of Kevin's warnings and breaks two legs just as a thunderstorm tears the house apart. Kevin runs away with the Claw. He becomes captain of the Greasy Bastard, a small ship carrying rubber goods between England and Burma. Michael Palin, Terry Jones, 1974
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted February 29, 2012 Author Root Admin Posted February 29, 2012 Wrong dam... this is below Bull Shoals Dam, not Beaver.
