Well I learned something new today, The said part is I was told by a Game Warden that what I wrote was correct otherwise I would have never wrote it down

I use 5 spoons with hooks in AR. But found it best to switch to a single hook the trebles do get hooked up bad on each other... The best spoon is a redfish spoon that is weedless. You have to paint it White or whatever color.

Have been using a single hook on spoons like war eagles and hazie dazies when flipping them. Have a lot of followers come out of docks with hooked fish when they are eating that spoon in the slips. Seemed like a fit for the system.

i was just net surfing one day and came across the article/picture, I don't use redfins anymore so I couldn't say how well it casts or works, Just looked interesting at the time. I switched from redfins to Jackall Mikeys a few yrs ago, but never tried one with a "front runner", or soft bait teaser.

How do you like the Mikeys? Have only tried the junior, seems like it has to run too fast to wake properly.

I like the Mikey myself but nothing quite like a good Redfin that's been worked over with all of the right modifications.
