oneshot Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 Ok I was Baptized in the Niangua River below Bennett Spring.Because we lived next to the river for so long and I spent so much time there enjoying it we decided when I die to have me cremated, have a Big Party and throw my ashes in the river. We now live by Truman Lake and my wife is thinking it might be better on the Lake. I'm thinking long as plans can be for the river go with that. Thoughts? oneshot
Wayne SW/MO Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 I would stick with the river, it's not that much of a drive from Truman. Either way eventually you'll go through LOZ. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

You'll never make it to the gulf though, the Asian carp will see to that. Personally I wanna be fed to the blowflys and buzzards. I'd rather my kids benefit from the $7000.00 instead of the dude who owns the crematory.
Al Agnew Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 I agree...put me out in the woods somewhere and let me lie. At least that way I'll be benefitting nature by giving the scavengers something to eat. I won't care anyway at that point.
KCRIVERRAT Posted July 27, 2012 Posted July 27, 2012 Mix your ashes up with a jar of stinkbait oneshot. Then have a loved one or friend fish away. You'll be giving back to the fish you always loved to catch! HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGER @ OZARK FISHING EXPEDITIONS
