Banned From Springfield Area Lakes?

I just wonder if someone knows what its called in legal terms for making up things about other or a company... Whats those words im looking for here???

Forget the lures,lol. the point of this is getting banned over discussing a fishing tactict. Whether it is legal or not to float tube on Springfield Lake. I got banned for putting in my two cents on the subject. It is ridiculous what happened and if I took it to court would cause more of a headache when all I would want is an appoligy and be taken off the banned list. Now if you want to know about lures though message me cause I didn't start the post to talk about the lures, only the subject at hand. I do appreciate you asking though, lol.

I went back and read the thread that you included in your original (1st) post of this thread. There is nothing in that thread that would get you (AmericanAngler) banned. Other posters directly say they are going to break the rules more so than you. Unless you have multiple screen names.

The only plausible thing I can think of is that you are the guy in the youtube links ... but that is probably wrong.

I have to say that while I don't share the same presentation "skills" that some of the posters on here do, I do share some of the concerns of the legitimacy of this thread.

You have to take into consideration that Wildlife Agencies, Police, Security Companies etc, look at boards like this as a resource. There are a lot of idiots out there who use these boards as bragging boards and don't realize they are handing these agencies evidence of their wrong doing or in your case possible, potential or probable wrong doing in their eyes.

I had an employee who pilfered something on a job site. When questioned about it he blew a gasket because he was asked about it. I had no way to prove what happened either way. I had a mad client who wanted to hold me personally responsible. Police report was filed and several days later I got a call from the Detective telling me he had been arrested. He had apparently attempted to sell it via his Facebook page and on Craigslist which they were monitoring via the email address he gave them when the report was filed.They had him dead to rights so to speak. He is still sitting in jail awaiting his day of reckoning.

The Security Company seems to be using all of the resources they have to do what they are paid to do. Seems you are a bit to close to the agency employees monitoring the lakes and in turn are easy pickings to make an example of.

Stupid is as stupid does so to speak. Its to easy to type before we think because we think we are anonymous. Nothing is anonymous anymore, we are all 000000's and 111111's its the nature of our times. I don't like it but that is a whole other story.

I would go to the waterworks guys and get clarification, explain yourself and ask for forgiveness and get back to fishing.

@ id10t Good point and well made. I just got mad over it because I try to do my best to set a good example for my child. I try to teach her to do her best and things will work out for the best. I also make sure she know that good intentions can backfire also. This was one of those cases. I know now to watch what I say as it can be taken the wrong way online. But those who personally know me know that I am always easy going and take pride in doing right and wrong. I'm not a teenager in Los Angeles and compton and if not for my Father teaching me right from wrong I would be stuck in the ghetto to this day.

Yes, I go back and fourth from time to time. I was born and raised on the West Coast and been fishing and camping since I was little.

Yes I make lures for fishing. I make my own molds and pour soft plastics and recently I learning how to make hard baits as well.

That is just something I made with my graphic design program. It was a logo for a shrit I gave away with the lures in California for longrange anglers out of San Diego.

Yes "Live by the worm Die by the worm" you would have had to be fishing in the High Sierras to understand this one. But makes for a good story about trout fishing with artificials.

Yes Trails and mudding, I love the outdoors and going in my friends truck to test the 4 wheel drive when rain permits us.

Sorry but I'm not answering questions about the lures at this time on this post. Yes we do have a site but I do not promote it on here. I mostly go do my best sales from word of mouth. Cause anyone can sell something on the net and say it works out and slip a lure i a fishes and post pics. But experience is the best seller.
