You might want to go to a tire shop and get a better rated tire. Most stores only carry light load rated trailer tires, a tire shop can order some that have heavier load rating and better tread wear.

Look at the load range rating on the tire, should be B, C, D, E or something like that. Make sure you keep them properly inflated per the poundage on the tire.
