A dad and co-owner and creative director of Santa Cruz-based Oxygen Productions Inc., a motion graphics and film production studio. He said he was inspired by watching a high-schooler's video of a "Lego man" sent high above the Earth with a weather balloon. Fugelseth had made a short clip about Jayden, his 4-year-old son, and his attachment to Stanley the toy train. So he decided to take Stanley to the next level -- 18 miles above Earth.

Sooo cool. Nothing but smiles from me.

Money is just ink and paper, worthless until it switches hands, and worthless again until the next transaction. (me)

I saw that on the news and it reminded me of when my wife and I got married. I took a 3x5 card and wrote our wedding date, our names and address where we were married and a out line of the state of Missouri witha little star in the sw corner. I put it in a sandwich bag and tied it to the string from one of the ballons.

We went outside of the church and launched it into the sky. Right into the power lines. That should have given my wife a clue about me right there. Undeterred, I ran back in and repeated the process. This time it was a successful launch. A few weeks later we received a letter in the mail from a couple in Arkansas that found our ballon and message.

To our shock and amazement, in just a few days, we again received another letter from a man in Moss Point Mississippi down near Gulf Port. He was fishing and noticed the balloon in the tree. Since the fish were not biting, he decided to climb the tree and get the balloon. He bid us better luck than his fishing.
