Crappie This Weekend

Well crappie guys, any idea what this cold front is going to do on fishing I'm on the 54 mile marker on the Osage. Any suggestions would be great

Nevermind, i found them, brush piles everywhere from 5 to 15 FOW, minnows or jigs

Congrats, nice mess of crappies! Deer season has slowed me down I need to hang the bow up for a weekend and get out...your pics are definately motivation in that department.

Dam.... Nice mess of slabs!!! I guess I should have been fishing Crappie instead of that stupid Big Bass Bash... Bass fishing was terrible at least for us.

I just recently purchase on the 13 mile marker on the big niangua.

If someone could give a discription on the technique, depth, bait used to catch crappie it would appreciate it.

Laker is the guy you wanna hear from, he has the scoop on the Ni-Crappie bite.

Can I offer a suggestion though? The cheesy real-estate mile marker designations are total bunk. You are at the 45MM ON the Niangua. Period.

After you've navigated the lake awhile you'll understand why that's a big deal. Why they ever started that "13mm of the Niangua" type crap is beyond me.
