I must admit.. this fly shop rocks. I drooled from the moment I walked in until I left.. a little lighter in the wallet!

Jim and Rodney made everybody feel right at home.... and they do have just about everything anyone could ever want.

Plus they hooked it up on a nice free t-shirt with a ton of company logos on it.. pretty cool.

Oh, and its dog friendly too!

Just once I wish a trout would wink at me!

Grand Opening Week

Dec. 8th thru Dec. 16th

15%Discount

Win a Sage 9' 5wt Fly Rod!

We're officially OPEN! And I'ld like to send out a huge Thank You to everyone supporting our little shop during the last month. In celebration, we are offering a 15% discount from Dec. 8th through the 16th ON ALL ITEMS (excluding rods, reels, binoculars, and scopes). And, on December 15th, we'll stage a raffle where we'll give away a 9' 5 weight Sage Response Fly Rod, an SW Outfitters waist pack, a sweet pair of Alpen binoculars, hats, stickers, and a fly box full of flies. The way the raffle works is that every person coming into the shop during next week will receive a raffle ticket. That raffle ticket will be eligible for the drawing for all prizes on Saturday December 15th. You are eligile to receive an additional ticket for every $10 worth of merchandise purchased. So, for example, if you purchase $20 worth of tying materials, you'll receive two additional raffle tickets (totalling 3). The raffle will take place at 5pm on December 15th and attendance is not

necessary to receive a prize but make sure we get your name, email and phone number so we can contact you if you do win.

Also, on December 15th, we'll have snacks, sodas, water, etc....so come on in and enjoy hanging out and talking some fishin.

Happy Holidays everyone and I hope to see some new and old faces soon

-Jim

Hey folks. We've had such positive feedback from our sale that we're extending the 15% discount through Christmas. In addition, all of the artwork from both Diane Michelin and Derek de Young are on sale for 25% off the tagged price.

Thanks again for all the support!

Older subject on this forum, but I just wanted to say I was very impressed by the service that was provided by this shop today. I checked this place out with a buddy of mine new to fly fishing. I was wowed when the gentleman volunteered to set up my buddies rod, which only had backing. Pretty good guys in here. I will definately be going back.

Luckycraft, I'm stoked to hear that you had a good experience with the Jim and the gang at Plateau. Spread the word, not only are the owners some of the best in the business, they know no stranger. They don't care if you are a 20 veteran of the game or gearing up for your first experience. It's good to see such positive feedback about a local shop that we all are lucky to have.

The events that Plateau is hosting are just getting better and better, from grand openings to Musky Country Outfitters owner Brad Bohen stopping in for a night of tying and conversation, not to mention the day to day comraderie and friendly atmosphere.

I've said it before, but it just can't be said enough. Let's all do are part to keep this shop going.

I didn't know fly shops actually endorsed water. Except for the ones that are on a particular body of water.

They seem to be doing pretty good without endorsing any body of water as far as I can tell.

Swung in twice to buy materials. Jim and Rodney are a hoot. I'm in town so I'll probably bring my stuff in some time to spin up some patterns.
