Wayne SW/MO Posted February 19, 2013 Posted February 19, 2013 We used to rent wooden jons on the Pomme at Fairfield and they were rock solid. I'm guessing the were 15-16' with a 48" beam, its been awhile. I'm pretty certain they were pine, which was common in MO at one time. My GS still has a 10' Richline that I got in the late 50's and it's stable within reason. It will work for 2 adults in small waters if they aren't real large. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
