I'm a little miffed... out of all the people who fished this weekend, that's no fishing reports posted? One by Ryan.

One of our guides said Flat Creek was packed with boats.

I don't usually light fires but I think there's dozens of anglers GETTING info from this forum but not many GIVING... a lot less than past years.

Come on.... post fishing reports if you got 'em. Good, bad, no spots, just say how you did.

you have a lot more lurkers than you think Phil. I have seen that since I started posting some Clearwater Lake stuff. The old "bent rod" pattern even works on the internet.

The fishing was awesome all weekend friday had the lake to my self caught my limit in about an hour on purple with blue fleck. Saturday had it all to myself again same thing as friday caught the tar out of them on the same bait and sunday caught a limit but had to fight a hundred boats so it took me a little longer then normal but wasn't too bad of a day. But I feel the same way I post almost every time I go out and other people ain't saying nothing lol It isn't a secret to me unless im in a tournament but I no longer fish bass tournaments so I really dont care to share a bit of info

I did nothing but trout fish this weekend. Wanted to chase crappie today but wind rain and hail made me decide to fish Taney again for trout. Witnessed a friend catch a nice bow drifting sowbugs and soft hackles. He worked her for a long time before convincing her to take a swipe at his Fies. I caught maybe a dozen bows on black pine squirrel sculpins before the lightning started cracking all around.

I had my wife fish a small punisher jig under a slip float Sunday and actually had some luck with it. Lately I've noticed some small shad swimming up to the surface early in the morning and have been catching some on a jerkbait, but she doesn't like to fish fast. So I rigged it up about 9 feet from the float and on her first cast, she caught a keeper largemouth. I don't have any experience fishing that way, but after watching her catch a few spots and largemouths, I was impressed at how well it actually worked. Also caught some really nice spots suspended on dock cables with a football jig. I noticed once I got on the cable, I could lower it and bring it back up and the just crush it.

Hey Hey, it was 2 posts. I posted my report right after his, lol. Like some on here I get frustrated when there's a thousand views and very little replies. I give a big thanks to a few of you guys posting on this crappie bite going on. If not for them, I'd never have went down there. I hope the bite stays the same through this cold weather.
