Members EddieRay Posted May 3, 2013 Members Posted May 3, 2013 My sunglasses are prescription too and I am just the opposite of ness. I used to wear cheaper sunglasses and just wore regular glasses for reading and computer work as I am far-sighted. With age, my eyes have grown worse and I have to have the progressive lenses so that I can look through the bottom to tie knots, but I use the rest of the glass for fishing and driving. After buying my first good pair I realized what I had been missing. "The greatest obstacle to discovery is not ignorance - it is the illusion of knowledge." (Daniel J Boorstin)
Quillback Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 I have used both the Buff and the Sims equivalent. I've had glasses fogging issues with both of them, but the Simms is lighter than the Buff so that's what I'm now wearing. I also wear sunscreen underneath the mask. I'm a little paranoid I guess, but I burn easily and I've been burned many times in the past, so I'm not taking any chances.
