Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted June 15, 2013 Root Admin Posted June 15, 2013 Heard Nixa (south of Springfield) has gotten 6 inches of rain in the last 2 hours and the cloud isn't moving. Local flooding. James will be extremely high and Table Rock's level will shoot back up.
Wayne SW/MO Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 The radar does show that line developing west of us, but not moving. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Quillback Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 I was just looking at the radar and noticed that cell sitting over the TR area. Bunch of storms brewing up in Oklahoma, we may get some here in NW AR.
Flysmallie Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Last I heard was 8 to 9 inches in south Springfield. Water over roads, water in houses, evacuations taking place.
RSBreth Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 I was in Nixa around lunch time and they were getting hammered - look at the gauge.
drew03cmc Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Holy hell. Good thing you all have boats. Hope everyone is safe. Andy
Flysmallie Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Just heard an update of 11 inches in south Springfield.
jerry241 Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Been sitting here in diamond for the last hour and a half pretty impressive little shower here
Quillback Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 Just heard an update of 11 inches in south Springfield. Wow, that's amazing!
Mitch f Posted June 15, 2013 Posted June 15, 2013 I'm at Indian point right now, the rain was about 2 hours ago and only lasted 1/2 hour or so. Seemed to throw the fish off a tad. "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor
