This moves me to think of one of my favorite TV commercials:

"Lodging at Stonebridge....$419"

"License, stamps flies....$96"

"Gas to and from and Meals....$279"

"My First Creek Chub???? What is a freakin Creek Chub?"

"$794 frickin dollars!" ^_^

Creek Chubs can be fun, sometimes on the creeks around the house here they will reach upwards of 10", don't ever try to put a price on what a trout or any other fish cost per fish, I would hate to think what each fish I catch costs, man those might be 500.00 + fish each. Just enjoy your time on the water and spend, spend, spend, it is fun to buy stuff and then go fish :)

:huh: Those aren't trout?

Dang... I take back all those stories of 150 pheesh days I've had in the past... :unsure:

:lol::lol:

Actually, I do like to get into a school of chub if there are not trout liking the bugs I'm casting their way. Hey... they make a good day a little better.... (never a bad day fishing...)

You're not the first person to think that those fish might be Brown Trout. A lady I work with thought she was catching a lot of Brown Trout on the Spring river. They weren't Brown trout though.

I actually like the chuhbs and odd ball fish of the world.

By the way, what kinda of fish is that in the water just under your thumb in the photo ?

Well, from what I have read on this forum, do to my shuffling, fish are attracted to my feet. I fished for three days with HUGE fish around my feet. Most of these were rainbows. They were big enough for me to know. On saturday I saw the biggest brown, yes it was a brown, I had ever seen

Eventually I will get this figured out and I too will catch fish. Ubtil then I will enjoy the scenery and the company and the peace and quiet of the river.

It's fishing man, it's not work. And there's no such thing as a bad day of fishing.
