Nice boat. Value has more to do with how much the boat will be used rather than cost. This boat was obviously not a good value for the guy who bought it, never used it and paid for storage. If a person were to buy it at the price asked and used it twenty days a year for ten years it would be a bargain.

you might call hook line and sinker tackle shop in Rogers, AR (479) 631-8118 . Aaron Joliff who runs the place is a topwater dealer and used to sell supremes, he can get you a price on a new one or probably knows someone who has a used one for sale (he has had several used riverboats for sale at the shop in the past year). I bought a new topwater from him back in Novemeber and his price was cheaper than alot of 2 year old used river boats i had been looking at, he is also a class act and they have great customer service. Also might call Bull Shoals boat dock, they sell Supreme and Topwater and normally have a few used ones on thier lot also.

My experience with it has been the closer you get them to the river, the more realistic the prices are. You have to watch the Baxter Bulletin. Just saw this on the classifieds:

I won't put the guy's phone number on here, but that could be a heck of a deal.

That newer Shawnee the guy wants $7500 for seems crazy to me. The trailer is worth maybe $1750, motor at $2250, leaving $3500 for the boat? Seems like top dollar for that package (imho), and the motor has only averaged three hours of run time a year which is too much sitting still.

There's a new trout boat listing in the Baxter Bulletin at least once a week if not more depending on the season.

Muddy - what's Dean's? Y'all gave me some leads on seats not long ago with phone numbers over in Mountain Home. Every time I go over there I try calling them and never have been able to pick any up. Granted I haven't tried that hard. I just need some mounts and I can go find some nice seats myself.

Also check the Trading Post on ktlo.com. Usually a boat or two on there.
