For the trout swap I'm doing a stonefly nymph. I have started those. For the pond swap I'm leaning toward some wiggle minnows.

Everytime I've strained rock at BSC, I almost always find a little yellow stonefly, but never had much luck fishing them. Considering they are a year round bug, that really surprises me.
