Ham Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Pretty tough fishing. Launched before daylight and trailered home in the dark. It was very slow going for most of the day. It did pick up a little between 3 and 5 pm. Water was beautiful and 56' at launch. Wind was light and variable. Nothing in the way back of the creeks I looked at. Minimal bites on a wart. I couldn't get anything going on jerkbaits. I dropped a spoon on any bait balls I saw. Never got a bite on the spoon. We caught our fish on football jigs and finesse jigs. We had about 25 fish combined. All our fish were bass. We would have had 5 keepers. Most of our fish were < 10 inch smallmouth bass. I wish I had figured them out, but I didn't. With the weather that's coming, I'm not sure how many more trips I'll make before giving the Bass Cat a break for a few weeks. Every Saint has a past, every Sinner has a future. Quillback Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 Sounds like the way it's been on Table Rock lately.
