Video From The Oaf Winter Trout Trip On White River

Here's a video I put together last night from some footage I had from the wonderful trip us guys had on White River last weekend. I wish I had took footage from the cabin experience and got all of us together, but didn't think to do that, guess all the fun distracted us from that. This is pretty much all fishing video, would of loved to had some video of Phil and his success that weekend, and you to Terrierman. Anyhow, here's what I came up with, hope ya'll like it!!

Enjoyed both videos-looks like a great time was had by all.Looks like i need to google a zig-jig to see what it looks like.Started melting,painting and tying jigs back in the late 70's and still throw them occasionally.

Thanks, these jigs look pretty much like a standard Marabou jig, don't look any different than a P&J Jig you see everywhere, which will still catch a lot of fish. I think that's what Phil used, and he put on a clinic with them. The zig jig just has an oblong head that makes it wobble some when jigged, a little more life, and a quality mustad hook. If you make jigs, you could probably make yours very similar. They do catch fish, very impressed with them, and jig fishing in general for trout. If your a spin fisher, this has got to be in your arsenal.
