This guy and his little buddy wandered up to us in the pavilion this weekend while we were eating some Subway. He was cordial, but appeared to be focused on the business at hand (literally). After a brief conversation with him, my brother asked him if he would like to have a piece of chicken. He of course moved closer, preparing with anticipation to receive a fat morsel of juicy goodness, when just at that moment the faded words written on his collar came into view "DO NOT FEED ME". My brother said: "You poor guy, that just isn't fair is it?"

:).

Jackson is doing well. Hopefully this will be a learning experience for me and may be someone else on the forum if it happens to them.

Glad to hear Jacks is on the mend.

We had a lab that had an eye removed. The worst part for her(and my shins) was the cone of shame. A month or two later she was completely blind from glaucoma caused by her 'betes. She ran this house and yard, 3 sets of stairs, jumping on the bed, everything, like nothing had changed. I was amazed. I miss that pooch.

Give Jackson a head scruffing for me.
