Bill Babler Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 It is just going to be brutal out here, if you can possibly think of any other time you may be way better off. Burrr!!! Just Sayin. http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
Feathers and Fins Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 The only area I would be on TR this weekend would be the White River arm from Holiday Island to 62 Bridge looking for trout and maybe Walleye. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
buddygr53 Posted January 3, 2014 Author Posted January 3, 2014 Looks like I picked the wrong weekend. Is it the weather. Or the fishing
Champ188 Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 It is just going to be brutal out here, if you can possibly think of any other time you may be way better off. Burrr!!! Just Sayin. It's possible that some of our members are becoming a bit soft in regards to their ability to weather the elements, so to speak. As some of us can attest, Wednesday's high was in the mid-40s and even with overcast, breezy conditions, it was very tolerable. The same is forecast for Saturday. Sunday, on the other hand, figures to be a bit too chilly for even us tough folks.

With age comes wisdom and great responsibility to not piss off our wife's. As some of us can attest, Wednesday's high was in the mid-40s and even with overcast, breezy conditions, it was very tolerable. The same is forecast for Saturday. Sunday, Beautiful days almost no wind and good days for being with your best friend. on the other hand, figures to be a bit too chilly for even us tough folks. Im a waterfowl hunter and its to cold for my decoys when ice is forming on their bills lol. All about getting older and smarter James. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
Champ188 Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Love it, Fins. Thank the good Lord we do at least get smarter with age because no other body parts seem to improve. Just poking the bear. He must be preoccupied with hoping his football team doesn't go the way of Alabama last night. Frankly, I'm hoping so, too. Enough with the upsets already. Go Mizzou!
