SmallyWally Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Thanks Chief! That was a hoot to watch. Kindness is the language the blind can see and the deaf can hear.-- Mark Twain
Chief Grey Bear Posted January 21, 2014 Author Posted January 21, 2014 I really enjoyed the whole video. It's not any different the the way I or some of you float now. What I really found fascinating was the last 5 minutes or so and the interview! How I would love to take a news crew on a float there, or anywhere now. What a great opportunity to share the current state of the rivers and trespass laws and what needs to be done about them. ollie Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 That river is Fickle like a woman! lol That was a classic. A couple of those guys were packing heat I see. Don't think a news team from St. Louis would allow that nowadays. "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
fishinwrench Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Love seeing those old prop outboards running the river. Sissy's nowadays think they need a jet pump. Just takes a little skill.
