I am looking at a 20ft express boat. I cannot find them on nada. Can any past or present xpress owners give me their opinions on xpress construction. Are they comparable to high quality aluminum boats such as seaark or war eagle? Thank you for feedback

For what it is worth everyone I know who has had an Express has dumped them for War Eagle, these are hunters/fishermen though and find the Xpress doesn't do what they want for one reason or another. As a fishing platform I know guys with them that love them it seems to be when it goes to the dual use people leave for the Eagle. Just like the Ranger Aluminum thread it really comes down to what you want to do with the boat.

I have owned two Xpress boats. Most recently I purchased a used 2004 X19. I would highly recomend them. For NADA go to powerboats and they are listed as Alumaweld/Xpress. If you are looking at a Bass boat style hull I don't believe you can beat the ride quality of the Xpress Hyperlift Hull there is no comparison in ride to any of the other Aluminum boats.

You can also feel free to PM, I am in numerous boat factories every week for work, so I have seen about all of them being constructed.

One of my buds has had one for 11 years. It is the only tin boat I have ever ridden in that has the lift and ride of a glass boat.

No comparison to a glass boat. Glass is way quieter and smoother (know from experience). Just for fishing id go glass boat.
