Great pics y'all. Didn't have half the season y'all had as far as the birds go but still enjoyed it non the less and wouldn't trade it as its made me appreciate it even more.

The last photo isn't a waterfowl hunt pic but was one of the most personal meaningful hunts I had this past season. Sitting in the stand during rifle season when it dawned on me as the sun was rising that I was using my grand fathers ol' JC Higgins Model 50 Sears & Roebuck 30-.06. Never had the opportunity/pleasure to hunt him while he was alive but its an honor for me to be able to carry on the tradition and one that will passed down for generations to come. I just couldn't help but think he was there with me in spirit on that hunt.

That's a great story John. I get those kind of thoughts myself often during hunting season. I guess that's why hunting is a heritage.
