jolicious Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Need some help, please y'all. My son asked me to paint a few lipless crank baits for he and his buddies to throw from the shore at Twin Bridges once the Whites start running. I got out the air brush and started. Are these colors going to work? Suddenly I'm thinking I should have just made half of them white and the other half silver?

Dutch Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Black back silver body or blue back silver body have both been good to me.

Stump bumper Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Fishing from shore I would get him some little casting spoons like little cleos, blue and silver can't be beat when the whites are feeding. You can really sling those spoons from shore and easy to work from 30 feet down or 1ft near shore.
Quillback Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 I'd definitely paint a couple of them white.
