I know you just paint and have fun but you really need to catalogue your bait patterns and colors used and whith which bait types. That way you can reproduce them easily. Maybe a paint formula or something in an Excel workbook. You're getting too darn good at this. :-)

F&F, I love how there is a big gulp soda just sitting there on the deck in that second picture undisturbed... as if catching a striper on a fly rod is no big deal... cast the fly... reel him in... swig of coke. Repeat.

Larson, some days it is especially when PC is up and they get in on that back flat. Which is where I was that night. My wife says I get the Cheshire Cat look on my face when they get up there

I cannot see you tying flies but.....if you did, there would be some wild color creations! :-)

You can use a spinning rod on some flies if they are big enough.

See.........that's why I never got into fly fishing. Seems too...."by invitation only" or for the rich aristocrat types. LOL! It's like it has it's own "fancy language". I mean who names a bait "clouser"??
